The “𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹 𝗔𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁” (𝗟𝗦𝗛𝗔) is the 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝐍𝐎𝐂 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐃 project in the 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘁𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 spread over 3.5 Kanals of land. It’s the first 7-Story building offering digitalized and fully furnished; Spanish-themed hotel apartments with 4-star amenities under one roof. Construction was started in March 2022, the first phase of development work is still in process and the project is expected to be complete by the Mid of 2024 (Insha’Allah).
