Ring Road To Become Operational In 1 Year – Commissioner RWP
Rawalpindi: Commissioner Rawalpindi Division Liaquat Ali Chatta stated that the Rawalpindi Ring Road project would be finished in a year.
He said that the ring road would serve as a sign of future growth in the area.
He declared that the 38.3 km long Rawalpindi Ring Road project was now under development and that every attempt would be made to finish it in the allotted period.
Industrial zones would be established around the Rawalpindi Ring Road, which would feature five interchanges in total: Banth, Chak Beli Khan, Adiala Road, Chakri Road, and Thalian.

The Commissioner stated that the Rawalpindi Ring Road project is a significant public benefit endeavor and added that those who had suggested it had been shelved would now be disappointed.
According to him, the construction of the ring road would give the business community new commercial prospects and market connections to the economic zones.
According to the Commissioner, RDA is essential to the execution of the development projects for Rawalpindi and their quick advancement.
He added that the Ring Road project would usher in a new era of development for Rawalpindi city and assist in lessening traffic congestion on city roadways, facilitating the mobility of citizens from surrounding districts.
