CDA to Launch New Housing Scheme For Overseas Pakistanis
Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is reportedly preparing to launch an exclusive state-of-the-art home property for overseas Pakistanis in the federal capital’s attractive Mauza Kuri sector.
The project, which is located on a sprawling 14,000 kanal of land near Park Road, promises to cater exclusively to the interests and preferences of overseas Pakistanis, providing them with an exclusive investment opportunity.
According to a CDA official, “This upcoming scheme will be exclusively reserved for overseas Pakistanis, and the plots within it will be marketed and sold in US dollars, thereby contributing significantly to the country’s foreign exchange reserves.”

The proposal has gained preliminary approval from appropriate authorities after a decision taken during a meeting presided over by CDA Chairman Captain (r) Anwar ul Haque.
The CDA is currently in the process of hiring a design consultant, who will be responsible for managing the project’s implementation and completing critical studies, such as those on environmental effects, traffic management, and hydrology.
Furthermore, the designated consultant will be tasked with creating a comprehensive infrastructure and road development plan, ensuring that all modern amenities integrate seamlessly into the scheme.
This bold residential project is expected to not only meet the housing needs of Pakistanis living abroad but also to improve the country’s infrastructure and economic prospects.
