CDA PLANS CYCLING AND JOGGING TRACKS IN D-12

Jogging and cycling tracks

CDA has prepared a project for development of five parks along with jogging and cycling tracks in Sector D-12. They are doing this project as part of the campaign to develop, restore and beautify public parks in the capital city.

According to a statement issued by CDA, they will start the work on the parks, jogging and cycling tracks soon. In addition, they will do this work in coordination with other relevant departments.

D-12 is one of the oldest areas of the federal capital. Moreover, it lies next to Margalla Hills, far away from the city’s hustle and bustle.

The construction of cycling and jogging tracks in D-12 will offer the residents with an opportunity to enjoy some refreshing moments right at the foot of the hills. The locals informed that Sector D-12 is among the sectors where large numbers of people are carrying out construction on their plots.

Thus, due to increasing construction activities, the roads are in broken condition and need repair work. The civic authority has also made arrangements to remove encroachment and make the required land available for these projects. CDA will demolish the newly constructed boundary wall to prevent encroachment.

Moreover, CDA will build a fence in Sector D-12 at 300-foot distance from the plotline after removal of encroachment. The construction and beautification of footpaths is also currently under way by the environment directorate.

You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be actually something that I think I
would never understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for me.

I’m looking forward for your next post, I’ll try
to get the hang of it!
