China, Pakistan Economic Corridor, has connected two mega housing projects in Gwadar to the National grid. Authorities have approved the electrical connections.
Electrical connections were approved and installed in the China, Pakistan Investment Corporation’s (CPIC) projects: International Port City and China Pak Golf Estates.
These are the first residential communities in Gwadar’s private sector. Whereas authorities have installed power connections successfully. Moreover, it is being a milestone in the development of the city.

CPIC had completed development works in the first two phases of their mega project. In International Port City all internal infrastructure works are complete. Together with parks and recreational facilities. They are also building a show home on the site.
Further, Chief Engineer Waqas Moazzam continued that our vision from day one is to develop world-class societies and enhance the growth of Gwadar. CPIC had launched two major societies in Gwadar.

CHINA PAK GOLF ESTATES
Recently CPIC inaugurated the golf course at their flagship China Pak Golf Estates project. This project is on the main N10 CPEC Highway. The feature 9 hole golf course will be Gwadar’s first golf course and it will be a key catalyst in the development of golf tourism in Gwadar.
