KP To Set Up A School For Autism Children Says Dr Hisham Inamullah Khan
PESHAWAR: Taking into account the needs of educational institutions in Pakistan, the foundation of the first school for children with autism was established in KP.
Social Welfare Minister Dr Hisham Inamullah Khan on Monday, May 3, 2021, visited the home of the boy with autism, a mental disorder, and assured his parents of the treatment of his sick son, whose video recently went viral on social networks.
The social welfare minister met with the child’s parents and announced free medical care for the child from the government. Social Welfare Minister Dr. Hisham Inamullah Khan also promised to give the job to the father of the sick child
The minister said all resources would be used for the betterment of Ali Abbas and other children like him.
Dr. Hisham said children with autism are highly intelligent. The country’s first school for children with autism was founded in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Dr. Hisham informed the media during talks. He said work on the school is in full swing and the school will be operational this year.
The minister added that autistic children were found to be intelligent but demanded more attention. “A first-of-its-kind school would be set up for autistic children in KP. It is expected to be operational by the same year,”

Dr. Hisham Inamullah said and added that that the Department of Social Welfare would set up an online forum for needy people on which they would be able to express their problems and would be helped accordingly.
The minister said the online forum will help those in need who suffer from various diseases but cannot afford treatment.
Special instructions have been issued for this online forum aimed at helping people in need treat their diseases, he added.
In addition, he said that the school for autism would provide the best education and training for children with the disease
